Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Tinta ph, we aim to get your tattoo supplies to you as quickly and safely as possible. We exclusively partner with J&T Express to provide nationwide coverage across the Philippines.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

• Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the following business day.

• You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been handed over to J&T Express.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location.


Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, peak seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), or local community quarantine restrictions.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number. You can monitor your parcel's progress through:

J&T Express Website: www.jtexpress.ph

J&T Mobile App: Available on iOS and Android.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide via J&T Express for orders up to ₱50,000. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to pay the exact amount to the rider.

5. Packaging & Safety

Because we ship sensitive equipment and liquids (inks):

Leak Protection: All liquids are double-sealed and bubble-wrapped to prevent leaks during transit.

Fragile Items: Machines and power supplies are packed in sturdy outer boxes with internal cushioning.

Tamper-Evident: We use J&T Express branded tape. Do not accept the parcel if the tape appears tampered with or the box is severely crushed.

6. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, J&T Express requires a claim to be filed within 7 days of receipt.

Unboxing Video Required: We strongly advise customers to film a continuous video while unboxing their package. This serves as vital evidence for claims regarding leaks, broken needles, or damaged machines.

Reporting: Contact us immediately at lpelarios@icloud.com with your order number and the unboxing video.

7. Undelivered Parcels

J&T Express typically makes two (2) delivery attempts. If the parcel is undelivered after two attempts due to the recipient being unreachable, it will be tagged as "Return to Shipper" (RTS).

RTS Orders: Customers may be required to settle a re-shipping fee for the second delivery attempt.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete physical address (House Number, Street, Barangay, City/Province) and an active mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery.
