Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tinta Ph. We are committed to providing the highest quality professional tattoo supplies. Because our products are used in procedures involving skin contact and blood-borne pathogens, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety of all our artists and their clients.

1. General Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.

• In the original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.

• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the shipping seal or original packaging has been tampered with:

Needles & Cartridges: Any boxes with broken shrink-wrap or seals.

Inks & Pigments: For safety, ink bottles cannot be returned to ensure no contamination has occurred.

Sterilization Supplies: Pouches, chemical indicators, and cleaning solutions.

Disposable Goods: Gloves, bibs, grip wraps, and barriers.

Aftercare Products: Ointments, bandages, and soaps.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective machine or damaged item, please contact us at our facebook page Ink’d ph within 48 hours of delivery.

Photo/Video Proof: We require an unboxing video or clear photos of the damage/defect to process a claim.

Machine Warranty: Tattoo machines and power supplies are subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in facilitating repairs or replacements as per the manufacturer's terms.

4. Return Process

1. Request: Email lpelarios@icloud.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is proven defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the "Unopened" criteria.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds: Approved returns for non-defective items will be refunded via your original payment method (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, etc.) 

Store Credit: You may opt for store credit to be used on your next purchase for a faster turnaround.

Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
